We want to make sure that you feel good and NATURALLY remember our healthy and sustainable food. Surrounded by natural and wholesome produce, we prefer to use only seasonal products in our kitchen.
The enjoyment of freshly prepared dishes from seasonal products and our commitment to natural animal husbandry form the basis for our creative natural cuisine featuring fresh and high quality foods. We do not use processed foods to prepare our dishes!
When we use products from afar, we make sure that they meet the requirements of fair trade, as it is the case, for example, with our organic fair trade coffee. The bread on our tables is freshly baked every day - from kamut wholegrain flour and organic wheat flour, and in summer, we harvest most of our herbs in our own herb garden.
We purchase from people who love their products and treat them with respect.
That is what we call country love!
